commissioned to make a big 80s manga homage illustration for my friends at Alita Comics 15th anniversary.

took the famous Kaneda pose by Katsuhiro Otomo and swapped him for Yukito Kishiro’s Alita herself and the dirt bike for a classic Honda. enjoyed using all the customary patterns very much.

the illustration, as well as the commemorative logo, will be used to celebrate the anniversary over multiple surfaces, like prints, t-shirts, buttons, page holders and postcards.
